Quitting processed sugar is a great place to start with healing a damaged body. Choosing delicious fruits and vegetables instead of sugary snacks will make you feel so good in the long run.
It may not be easy at first as you will realise how addicted you are to these sugary choices!
Don't give up, the cravings stop after a few weeks🙂
